A Hypnobirthing course is a well-thought-out program of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, breathing techniques, visualisation, affirmations and education which allows you to summon your natural birthing instincts and to birth your baby in a powerful and empowering way.
When you are properly prepared for childbirth and when your mind and body are in harmony, nature is free to function in the same well designed manner that it does with all other creatures. On completion of a Hypnobirthing course, you will be armed with all the tools you need to have a positive birth experience.
My group Hypnobirthing courses are run at the Clunes Old School in Clunes, New South Wales and are taught over two full days from 10am until approximately 4pm. Groups are limited to eight couples and offer you the advantage of meeting other couples who are on the same birthing journey as you - a bond which usually continues beyond the birth of your babies.
All courses include:
12 hours of class time;
a professionally printed folio of resources that are suited to australians and our models of maternity care;
several professionally recorded practice relaxation tracks;
access to many online resources including an ebook and practice videos;
unlimited email and phone support with me;
